Clear terms.
No surprises.
The agreement between you and us when you subscribe to VNCme. Last updated 24 October 2026.
Who you’re dealing with.
VNCme is sold by MW AI Labs Ltd (“we”, “us”), a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16820880), registered office 83-84 Gloucester Road, Bath, England, BA1 7AU. Contact us at support@vncme.co.uk.
These terms apply when you start a free trial or subscription. Some parts apply differently depending on whether you’re buying as a consumer or as a business; we say where. You’re a consumer if you’re an individual acting wholly or mainly outside your trade, business, craft or profession. That depends on how you use VNCme, not on which plan you choose: the Personal plan allows business use, and someone using it mainly for work is buying as a business. If you’re a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your legal rights.
What each plan includes.
| Plan | Price | Includes |
|---|---|---|
| Personal | £20 per year | Use on 1 computer, with up to 10 viewers per session |
| Small Business | £500 per year | Use on up to 50 computers |
| Enterprise | By agreement | Covered by a separate written agreement |
Prices are in pounds sterling and include any VAT, GST or sales tax that applies where you live. Any tax included is shown at checkout and on your invoices. If you pay in another currency, your bank may convert the amount and charge a fee. Business customers can enter a VAT or tax number at checkout; where the reverse charge applies, no VAT is included in your price and you account for it yourself. Every plan includes software updates for as long as your subscription is active. VNCme runs on Windows 10 and 11; viewers use a web browser.
Seven days to try it.
- Your seven-day trial includes the features and computer allowance of your chosen plan, and permits personal or business use.
- Card details are required. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, you’ll be charged the annual price shown at checkout, and your subscription will renew annually until cancelled.
- Cancel during the trial and you won’t be charged.
- Free trials are limited to one per customer. We review repeat trials, and if you’ve already had one we may cancel the new trial before it ends, telling you first. You won’t be charged for a trial we cancel.
Billed once a year.
- Payments are taken by our payment provider, Stripe, at the start of each year of your subscription.
- Your subscription renews automatically each year until you cancel. We’ll email you before each renewal.
- If we change our prices, we’ll tell you at least 30 days before your next renewal, so you can cancel first if you prefer.
- If a payment fails, Stripe will try again over the following days and we’ll email you. If payment still isn’t made, your subscription and licence end.
Cancel any time.
There are two different things you can ask for:
| What you do | What happens |
|---|---|
| Cancel automatic renewal | No further annual charge. VNCme keeps working until the end of the period you’ve paid for (or until the end of your free trial), then stops. |
| Ask for a refund within 14 days of a payment | We refund that payment in full, your licence ends and billing stops. |
To cancel renewal: sign in to your account, choose Manage subscription, then cancel. To ask for a refund, or if you’d rather we cancel for you, email support@vncme.co.uk.
- During the free trial: cancel before it ends and you won’t be charged at all.
- 14-day refund guarantee: if you ask within 14 days of any payment, including a renewal, we’ll refund that payment in full, whatever the reason.
- Refunds go back to the card you paid with, normally within 5 to 10 working days.
- Outside the 14 days, we don’t refund part-years, except where the law requires it or where these terms say otherwise.
Our 14-day refund guarantee is an additional contractual benefit. It does not limit any statutory rights you have, including rights where VNCme is faulty, misdescribed or otherwise fails to meet legal requirements.
Immediate access: VNCme is supplied as soon as you subscribe. At checkout you ask us to supply it straight away and acknowledge that, once you download it, you lose the legal right to cancel that consumers normally have for digital content. Our refund guarantee still applies.
What you may do with VNCme.
- While your trial or subscription is active, we give you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use VNCme on the number of computers your plan allows, for personal or business purposes.
- Each computer must be activated with your licence key. To move VNCme to a different computer, deactivate the old one first, in the app or from your account.
- Keep your licence key to yourself. Don’t share, sell or publish it, or let more computers use it than your plan allows.
- VNCme checks its licence with vncme.co.uk, so each computer needs to connect to the internet at least once every 30 days.
- Don’t copy, modify, reverse engineer or work around VNCme’s licence checks, except where the law specifically allows it.
- VNCme remains our property. You’re buying a licence to use it, not ownership of the software.
Your screen, your responsibility.
- Only share screens you’re entitled to share, and only let people control your computer if you trust them. Anyone with your session link and viewer password can see your screen.
- Keep your viewer passwords and session links private, and stop the server when you’ve finished.
- Don’t use VNCme to view or control someone else’s computer without their permission, to monitor people secretly, or for anything unlawful.
- You’re responsible for who you allow to view or control your computer, and for your own use of VNCme and the permissions you give. This doesn’t affect our responsibility for faults in VNCme itself.
Services we don’t control.
Some features rely on independent services: public tunnels use Cloudflare, private connections use Tailscale, and VNCme’s email feature uses your own email provider. Their availability and terms are set by those providers. If one of them is unavailable, the features that depend on it may not work until it’s restored; the rest of VNCme isn’t affected. This doesn’t limit our responsibility for VNCme itself, or your rights if VNCme doesn’t work as described.
Email support is included with every plan at support@vncme.co.uk.
What we’re responsible for.
If you’re a consumer: we must provide VNCme as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If it isn’t, you’re entitled to have it repaired or replaced at no cost to you, within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience. If that isn’t possible, or doesn’t fix the problem, you’re entitled to a price reduction, which can be up to the full price. We’re responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill, but not for business losses. If VNCme damages your device or other digital content because we didn’t use reasonable care and skill, we’ll repair the damage or compensate you.
If you’re a business: we’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability to you in any year is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for VNCme in the previous 12 months and £100.
For everyone: nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn’t allow us to limit.
If things go wrong.
We may suspend or end your licence if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, for example by sharing your licence key or using VNCme unlawfully. Where reasonable, we’ll warn you first and give you a chance to put things right. If we end your subscription when you’re not at fault, we’ll refund the unused part of the year you’ve paid for.
The fine print.
We may update these terms, for example to reflect changes in the law or in VNCme. Changes that are to your disadvantage take effect from your next renewal, and we’ll tell you at least 30 days before. If the law requires us to make such a change during a period you’ve paid for, we’ll tell you in advance, and you can cancel and receive a refund for the unused part of that period. Changes that don’t disadvantage you can take effect straight away.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you’re a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts. If you’re a consumer living outside the UK, you also keep any protections that the law of your own country says can’t be changed by agreement, and you may be able to bring proceedings there. If you have a problem, please contact us first; most things can be sorted out quickly.
